Founder & Acupuncturist

I was that patient that thought my pain would eventually go away on its own. By the time I was in my early thirties, the Silicon Valley lifestyle (being on a computer all day!) caused me to have chronic shoulder pain. I tried everything conventional medicine had to offer, painkillers, cortisone shots, physical therapy, you name it. I thought I was going to have to give up the things I loved like swimming. The only thing that worked was acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This experience led me to pursue further education in traditional healing methods.

Christine is driven to help those that conventional treatments have failed.

I was also that patient that thought I could just show up at the doctor’s office, grab a prescription, and think my problems would magically disappear. Western medicine is amazing with acute problems and trauma, but is terrible with anything chronic. If you have been suffering with the same problem for more than 6 months, the odds are, you need more than a prescription drug to make it permanently go away. Your body has the ability to heal itself if you stop overloading it with things that make it sick.

Christine designed medical devices for some of the largest & most influential companies prior to becoming a natural healer. Her engineering background adds to her problem solving ability.

While I worked at Intuitive Surgical, maker of the da Vinci robot, Boston Scientific, Stryker, and Abbott, I saw how limited the surgical options are for many different health issues. I would see women getting total hysterectomies for fibroids or benign uterine bleeding. There is no need to resort to such extremes for the majority of women.

"WHEN I TAKE CARE OF MY BODY, MY BODY WILL TAKE CARE OF ME"

Christine holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, a Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University, a Master of Science from Columbia University in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Stony Brook.

Intuitive Interior Decorator & Food Consultant

Jöne Pan, entrepreneur, moonlights as an Intuitive Interior Decorator, as well as Food Consultant by combining both her experiences in real estate, restaurant cooking, consultations for those with dietary restrictions, and her own personal biohacking after western medicine had failed to find solutions for her chronic health issues.

Her real estate adventures began in 2005 in the San Francisco Bay Area as investor, renovator, decorator, and property manager. Fast forward to the present with projects in San Francisco, Paris, Amsterdam, and Tulum. Jöne works intuitively and focuses on minimalist, efficient, clean design (and splashes of colour!), with a touch of mineralogy, plants, and feng shui, all the while adding elements of your own personal style into your space. Her goal is to enhance living spaces by making the most out of the space and bringing its full potential to life, making sure that it is aesthetically pleasing as well as energetically vibrant. Your home is your sanctuary; a place where you should be enveloped in the warm flow of comforting energy.

Jöne’s professional food adventures began in 2007, where she was trained and worked in gastronomy as a chef in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and California. After some time, and despite her love of the kitchen, inexplicably Jöne found it increasingly difficult to maintain the physical endurance needed to manage a kitchen. Despite youth and an active, healthy lifestyle, she suffered from random bouts of fever, chronic rhinitis, fatigue, and insomnia and had to take an extended time off from the rigors of the kitchen. She soon came to learn that she had a myriad of food intolerances, the worst being gluten, dairy, and eggs.

To battle her condition, Jöne implemented the Anti-Candida Diet and then the Paleo Diet into her lifestyle, which has all but eradicated her chronic fatigue and insomnia. Jöne has been using her newfound knowledge to help others live a healthier, cleaner lifestyle.  As they say, “You are what you eat.”  Having a good, clean diet and an active lifestyle is the best health care anyone can administer to themselves, leading to disease prevention and unmatched long term benefits for the mind, body, and soul.

Jöne is a strong believer in whole body health; this includes taking care of what you put in your body, relieving physical and environmental stresses with body work, acupuncture, meditation, mindfulness, and/or many other tools out there that were once tools in our toolbox but have since been forgotten in the modern world. Your living space, especially, is often left behind, and can affect the way you think, feel, sleep!

"THE ENVIRONMENT WE CREATE IS A REFLECTION OF OUR STATE OF MIND"

No matter how big or small of a space, Jöne is happy to assist in elevating your space which can in turn, elevate your being.

Jöne holds a MBA in Business Strategy from Arizona State University, a B.S. in Mathematics/Computer Science from Santa Clara University, and a C.A.P. in French Cuisine from ESCF Ferrandi, Paris, France.

Jöne resides between Paris & Amsterdam, and is available for Zoom consultations.
